Consultant – Creative Director, Solidarity of Unbridled Labour

At the tail end of 2016, the stars aligned and I got a chance to work with SOUL agency founder, Michael Jager on a product launch for Black Diamond.

The outdoor gear and equipment manufacturer well known for their climbing hardware had expanded into outerwear and other softgoods just a few years before, with the help of SOUL.

They were expanding again into a new product category with climbing shoes and Michael brought in Alex Hamlin and myself to strategize, message, creative direct and design the launch direction for these new products.
